We are immensely proud of our beautiful gardens at Regent's. Not only do they provide an excellent setting in which to study, but they also reflect our commitment to biodiversity and sustainability. We want to ensure that as many people as possible are able to enjoy them and learn more about our institution's fascinating history.
Quality green spaces are essential to healthy, happy hearts and minds. Love Parks Week celebrates and showcases just this whilst campaigning for continual reinvestment. From local community spaces to Royal Park locations we here at Regent's agree that the great British outdoors is something that should be celebrated by all.
One of the unique features of Regent's Conferences & Events is the venues beautiful York lawns; 4 acres of private gardens which are managed to encourage biodiversity and sustainability thanks to the universities own gardeners and trainees. As well our honeybee hives, we grow a selection of vegetables and herbs. We also have a native wildflower meadow in our woodland area. Download our garden guide here.
The York Lawns and secret garden can be hired for events for between 50-500 guests and this Summer enjoy a Free Pimm’s reception with BBQ packages of 100 guests or more. (Plus we have late availability up to August 31.)
