Our spaces vary in size and character, so whether you’re hosting an AGM for 100s of colleagues or a board meeting for a dozen VIPS, one of our spaces will be perfect for you.
We have four feature spaces, every one full of character and each with their own unique charms. Tuke Common Room has beautiful wood panelling and large windows with views over the lush York Lawns. The elegance of its décor means the room maintains a professional ambience but with a stunning aesthetic. Similarly, the high ceilings and arch windows of the Herringham Hall create a beautiful, inspiring space flooded with natural light. The contemporary Knapp Gallery also has a light and airy feel to it and its ever-changing art exhibitions inject a unique sense of creativity to its events. Finally, there’s the Tuke Hall auditorium, our purpose-built theatre which seats 370 and has a large stage, integrated PA system and a wide range of AV equipment. We also have dozens of classroom available at weekends and outside of term time. Prices start at just £120.00.
Our catering partner, Vacherin, has a complete range of menus including breakfasts, snacks, buffet lunches and three-course, sit-down dinners. Their chefs use locally and ethically-sourced ingredients wherever possible and have their fingers on the pulse of current food trends. As a London-based company, Vacherin’s dishes reflect the multicultural nature of the city, with a wide range of different cuisines represented in their menus.
