Regent’s is one of London’s leading summer party venues, set within five private acres in the heart of Regent’s Park. From an intimate drinks reception on the terrace to a full-scale summer party for up to 2,000 guests on York Lawns, our events team handles everything in-house, so you don’t need to coordinate separate suppliers.
We’ll sort out everything from giant garden games on the lawn to outdoor cocktail bars, live music and tailored food and drink menus, with catering ranging from BBQs and street food to fine dining.
You can also take advantage of our wellness packages bringing your guests together on our peaceful grounds for wellbeing activities like yoga, crafting and guided meditation, making it easy to combine your summer party with a team-building afternoon.

With the convenience of Baker Street Station on our doorstep and the beauty of Regent’s Park surrounding us, Regent’s is a fantastic summer party spot.
The grounds
Our grounds are set within one of London’s most beautiful Royal Parks. We truly believe there’s no other summer party venue in central London which can compete with our stunning outdoor events space.
For your summer party, you have five acres in total: four acres of well-kept lawns on York Lawns, and an extra acre of seasonal blooms, a lily pond and a stylish terrace in the Secret Garden, all paired with flexible indoor spaces for when you want them.
Food and drink
Summer parties at Regent’s are a fantastic opportunity to enjoy some of our most exciting food and drink options.
Choose from street food stalls, BBQs, fine dining, ice-cream trikes or anything in between, alongside a well-stocked outdoor bar – all sorted in-house, so you can enjoy your day stress (and hunger) free.
Parking
We offer on-site parking for summer parties – a rare luxury in central London.
Our car park has 70 spaces, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking costs £2.50 an hour on weekdays and £15 a day at weekends. We also have three dedicated spaces for Blue Badge holders – for details, visit our Accessibility page.

If you’d like any extras, we have fantastic relationships with trusted suppliers, and we’d be happy to arrange whatever you need for your event – from interactive games and decorations to DJs and performers. These extras will come at an additional cost.
You can hire as many of our event spaces as you like at the same time to extend your summer party venue. We recommend booking as early as possible if you want multiple spaces.

Our stunning ivory marquee stands on the York Lawns throughout the season, offering shade from the sun and shelter from summer showers. It’s practical, luxurious and fully flexible, ready to be laid out however you choose.

York Lawns
York Lawns is Regent’s signature outdoor summer party space four acres of landscaped lawns framed by historic architecture, with a grand marquee on hand for cover.
It’s built for scale: host up to 2,000 guests for a full summer party with live music, outdoor bars and street food stalls, or scale it back for a smaller celebration with space to spare. Whatever the size, the lawns are yours to configure around your event.

Contact usHow far in advance should I book a summer party at Regent’s?
Summer is our busiest season, so we’d recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly if you’re looking to secure a date between May and September. That said, we do occasionally have availability at shorter notice, so it’s always worth reaching out. Contact our events team to check availability.
Do you have indoor options if there is rain or bad weather?
Yes, this is one of the most practical things about Regent’s. The ivory marquee on York Lawns provides covered outdoor space, and we have several fully indoor options including Tuke Hall and Herringham Hall. Our events team will always plan for contingencies so your guests stay comfortable whatever the day brings.
What catering is available for summer parties?
All catering is managed in-house, so quality is consistent from enquiry to event. Summer menus range from BBQs and street food stalls to fine dining and grazing boards including full bar service.
Where is Regent’s Events, and how do guests get there?
We’re on the Inner Circle within Regent’s Park, just an 8-minute walk from Baker Street Underground station, and moments from Marylebone. On-site parking is also available for up to 70 cars, a genuine rarity in central London.
Can a summer party at Regent’s incorporate team-building activities?
Absolutely. Many of our corporate summer party clients combine the celebration with an afternoon of team building activities, from outdoor group challenges and giant garden games to yoga and guided meditation through our wellness packages. Our events team can design a full programme around the day.
